The Estate
Our flagship model. Semi-cassette design with hood, tray, and back cover options that keep out birds, critters, and weather when retracted. Maximum projection of 13’ 1” and wind rated to 25–30 mph gusts.

The Manor
Full cassette design with a larger front bar and added bottom tray that completely encloses the fabric and mechanism when retracted. Same maximum projection of 13’ 1” and robust arm engineering as the Estate.
The Manor’s main advantages are its sleek, modern look and the fact that it doesn’t need a fabric valance—the cassette covers everything. Manual crank or motorized with remote and app options.

Retractable Awning FAQ
No. Our awnings come standard with NorthPort fabric, a solution-dyed acrylic with Teflon® coating that carries a best-in-class 12-year warranty against fading. Solution-dyed means the color is baked into the fiber itself—not applied to the surface—so it holds up year after year in direct sun.
We also offer Sunbrella® fabrics with a 10-year fade warranty for homeowners who want access to Sunbrella’s broader pattern and color library.
Yes—absolutely. The Teflon® coating on our NorthPort fabric makes it virtually impossible for rain to penetrate the fabric itself. Just allow the fabric to dry before retracting to prevent mildew buildup inside the cassette or hood.
Our rule of thumb: if you’re comfortable being outside, the awning can be out too. The Aristocrat Estate handles gusts up to 25–30 mph, and the Eko is rated for up to 20 mph. We recommend not leaving it extended unattended.
We strongly advise against wind sensors based on over 35 years of experience. The sensitivity is extremely hard to calibrate correctly—they either cause the awning to retract when you don’t want it to, or fail to retract when a real storm hits. Most damage calls we receive are from customers who relied on a wind sensor.
If your HOA requires one, we will install it to meet the requirement.

Our installations typically take 3–4 hours—longer than most companies because we install the awning on a ledger board rather than bolting brackets directly to your house. This distributes the load evenly and provides a stronger, more secure mount that protects both the awning and your home’s exterior.
Max projection is 10’ 2” on the Eko and 13’ 1” on the Manor and Estate. Max width is 23 feet in a single unit, or up to 41 feet with a two-section assembly for extra-wide patios or commercial applications.
Motorized is the more popular choice, but manual is still solid for some homeowners. These awnings last 30+ years—ask yourself if you’ll want to be manually cranking it 10 or 20 years from now. And if you’re worried about the motor being another thing that can break, our 35+ years of experience shows motors actually outlast manual gear mechanisms.
Our pricing for a premium Aristocrat awning with installation included is the same or less than large online retailers—especially after factoring in their shipping and sales tax. When bought with installation, it qualifies as a capital improvement with lower sales tax in NJ. Plus you get a local showroom, experienced guidance, and a team that stands behind the product.
Yes. We can replace fabric on all of our awnings and on most awnings made by other manufacturers. If you love your frame but want a fresh look or your fabric has seen better days, a re-cover is a great, cost-effective option.
