Most single-window replacements take 30–60 minutes per window. A full house of 10–15 windows is typically completed in one day. We protect your floors and furniture, work room by room, and clean up completely before we leave. You won’t need to do anything after we’re gone.

Yes. ProVia windows carry a limited lifetime warranty on the frame, sash, and glass unit for the original homeowner, transferable to a subsequent owner for 10 years. The warranty covers seal failure, material defects, and hardware issues. Sunbeam backs this with our own labor warranty as well.

Yes, but results vary significantly based on what you’re replacing. Upgrading from single-pane windows or failed-seal double-panes to ProVia Energy Star units typically saves South Jersey homeowners $200–$600 per year on heating and cooling. Homes with oil heat tend to see the strongest savings.

The federal IRA tax credit also provides 30% back on qualified Energy Star windows, up to $600 per year through 2032. Read our full energy savings guide →

Double-hung windows have two sashes that slide vertically—the most common style in South Jersey homes. Both sashes tilt in for easy cleaning from inside, which is a major convenience for second-floor windows.

Casement windows hinge on the side and crank open outward, providing a full unobstructed opening. They seal tighter when closed (the pressure compresses the gasket), making them slightly more energy efficient. They’re ideal for hard-to-reach locations like over kitchen sinks.

Yes. ProVia offers exterior color matching through their factory finishing program. We can match most common exterior trim colors—including popular shades like Almond, Bronze, and Dark Brown—and have ProVia apply the finish before the windows ship, so the final product matches your home’s existing palette.

A single entry door replacement typically takes 3–5 hours. French door or patio door installations run 4–8 hours. We remove the old door, check and correct the rough opening if needed, install and shim the new unit, insulate, trim, and fully test operation before we leave. Your home will be secure and weather-tight when we’re done.

Steel is the better value at a lower price point and offers excellent security. It requires periodic repainting (every 5–10 years) and can’t be stained to match wood tones.

Fiberglass won’t rust, won’t warp, can be factory-stained to look like real wood, and requires essentially no maintenance. It costs $500–$1,500 more but outperforms steel over the long term.

For most homeowners staying in their home 10+ years, fiberglass is the better investment. Read our full comparison →

Yes. We carry and install ProVia storm doors in full-view, ventilating, and high-view configurations. Heavy-duty extruded aluminum frames with tempered safety glass. Storm doors add a layer of insulation and protection to your primary door and extend its life by shielding it from direct weather exposure.

Yes, someone needs to be present during installation. Our team will need access to each room, will want to walk you through operation of the new windows or door when complete, and will want your sign-off that everything looks and functions exactly as expected before we leave.
